Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and manipulation, vlooker, pivot table creation, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports using Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
