Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with order-related inquiries, tracking, and returns.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, conveying customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication processes.
- Provide assistance and resolution to customer issues, complaints, and inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated software or tools.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as order processing, data entry, and generating reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using email, social media platforms, and other communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and administrative tasks.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
