We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven B2B marketing leader who can develop compelling product positioning and manage national marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, has a deep understanding of the buyer journey, and is passionate about marketing products that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for NCCER’s products and services, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  2. Partner with Product, Sales, and internal stakeholders to develop buyer personas and clear, value-based messaging across the customer journey.
  3. Design, manage, and execute major national integrated marketing campaigns that increase demand, qualified leads, and sales pipeline growth.
  4. Collaborate with creative, digital, and deployment teams to ensure campaigns are high-performing and aligned to business goals.
  5. Create and approve high-impact content for multiple platforms including email, web, social media, and sales collateral (e.g., white papers, blogs, videos, guides).
  6. Develop and execute customer marketing programs to upsell, cross-sell, and retain NCCER customers.
  7. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize tactics to improve ROI.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategy.
  9. Work with customers to develop testimonials, case studies, and user success stories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including product marketing and national campaign management.
  • Proven success in launching new products or go-to-market strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages tailored to specific audiences.
  • Creative problem-solver with a self-starter mindset and attention to detail.
