Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will work in a dynamic, multi-cloud environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data science solutions to solve complex business problems
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and optimize queries and data models across multiple platforms
• Create compelling data visualizations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the data science team
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve our capabilities continuously

Required technical skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects from concept to production
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation
• Hands-on experience with Spark SQL for large-scale data processing
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization
• Experience working in AWS and GCP environments
• Familiarity with Databricks for collaborative data engineering and data science workflows
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (Git)

Nice to have additional skills

• Experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry
• Knowledge of supply chain analytics or demand forecasting
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment at scale
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
