Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist

Worldwide company in the field of art is currently restructuring its business model. This restructuring entails returning certain artworks to their owners and relaunching one of its products by offering paid subscriptions to art educational institutions. This role will entail coordinating logistics, contacting artists, signing termination agreements, and providing administrative support, as well as identifying potential customers, designing and implementing sales strategies, and approaching prospective clients.

Responsibilities (approximately 60% focus):

  1. Act as the primary liaison between the company and artists, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
  2. Contact artists to explain the artwork return process, coordinate execution of relevant documents, and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
  3. Coordinate logistics related to artwork return, including transportation and storage arrangements.
  4. Assist with internal administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities (approximately 40% focus):

  1. Play a key role in identifying potential customers for product relaunch, especially art educational institutions.
  2. Design and implement sales strategies tailored to the needs of educational institutions, aiming to secure paid subscriptions for the product.
  3. Actively approach art educational institutions, present the product features, and negotiate terms for subscription agreements.
  4. Collaborate with the leadership team to provide insights and feedback to refine the product offering for the educational sector.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory due to the international scope of the roles.
  2. Proven experience in sales, product leadership, and coordination in a dynamic and multifaceted environment.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage a wide-ranging set of responsibilities split between the different tasks.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills to navigate potentially sensitive situations with artists and effectively engage with art educational institutions for sales opportunities.
  5. Familiarity with the art industry and a passion for the arts and culture are advantageous.
