FDNA is part of Nacre Capital, a leading global venture builder, and is seeking a qualified
Product Manager to advance the FDNA services platform.
We are seeking experienced candidates, self-starters, who are consumer-minded and can take
ownership of aspects of our products, working together with the broader product team. A
successful candidate will take ownership of the product and pipelines and will work closely with
our Clinical and Data team, Engineering team, and AI teams to deliver highest quality, life-
altering products.
Responsibilities:
● Reports to Head of Product
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,
including development, design, QA, sales, and implementation, to ensure successful
product development and delivery.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and end-users
to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring solutions meet needs
and expectations.
- Writing Specifications: Define and document product features, user stories, and
acceptance criteria, translating requirements into actionable product deliverables.
- Engineering Team Support: Work closely with engineering teams in the planning and
delivery phase of the products.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback
and iteratively improve the user experience.
- User Acceptance Testing: Product managers have quality responsibilities. As such
product managers are expected to collaborate with the QA team to ensure product
quality and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Product life cycle: Lead the product life cycle of the clinical products that you are
responsible for.
- Customer Support: Provide support and expertise to the customer support team
- Data Analysis: Define KPIs and utilize data analytics to track product performance,
gather insights, and make data-driven decisions for product improvement.
Requirements
