You will:

- Execute targeted recruitment strategies to onboard high-performing strategic partners who are committed to delivering quality leads.
- Help implement incentive programs designed to motivate and reward strategic partners for contributing to lead generation efforts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed targets related to partnership-driven lead generation, contributing to overall revenue growth and client base expansion.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and outcomes.
You have:
- A BA in Business Management or a related discipline, with a preference for further qualifications pertinent to our industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the SMB lending space, with a strong network of contacts.
- 10+ years of experience working directly with strategic partners across the United States.
- A track record of significant achievements in partnership network management and business growth.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, adept at evaluating partner and client potential.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- High energy and dedication, crucial for driving our ambitious expansion plans.
- Experience in managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to effectively monitor partner relationships and performance metrics.
