About the Role:

In this role, you will manage the internal knowledge base, creating, updating, auditing, and tracking content to ensure it meets the organization's needs. You will also lead initiatives to launch new features, SOPs, processes, and designs related to the knowledge base. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will develop high-quality training materials such as presentations, playbooks, guides, videos, and e-learning modules tailored to various teams' needs.

Additionally, you will support the Program Manager in daily project activities and oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of enablement initiatives to align with business objectives. You will generate data reports using spreadsheets to inform decision-making and track progress. Partnering with stakeholders like Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations, you will align enablement initiatives with business goals and product launches. Staying updated on industry trends, you will enhance enablement programs and implement AI tools for optimization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of enablement initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives and key milestones. Have a strong analytical understanding of data, and how to generate reports using spreadsheets
  • Provide support to the Program Manager in day-to-day activities related to projects and initiatives. Design and implement enablement programs and initiatives to support the strategic objectives of the organization, including the launch of new tools and processes within the organization.

Work with stakeholders in managing the internal knowledge base by creating, updating, auditing, and tracking content. Also work with the team to work on launching new initiatives related to the knowledge base like new features, SOPs, processes, and designs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials, including presentations, playbooks, guides, videos, and e-learning modules, tailored to the specific needs of different teams and roles.

  • Document and communicate procedures, best practices, and results for leaders and sales teams. Develop training content, revamp existing content, and create collateral for internal use such as 1-pagers, roadmaps, talk tracks, and QRGs. Track the progress of individuals and teams, and continuously optimize Knowledge Base based on feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to align enablement initiatives with business objectives, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales, customer success, and partner enablement, leveraging insights to enhance our enablement programs and maintain a competitive edge. Identify, propose, research, implement, and monitor relevant AI Tools that help Enablement in planning, execution, and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep passion for sales and learning development with Instructional Design experience.
  • At least one year in a role where you managed content and knowledge bases.
  • Extremely organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent speaking, interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with different interests and juggle multiple priorities and manage structured days.
  • Tech-savvy individual with familiarity with SaaS Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, methodologies, processes, and best practices, including familiarity with Slack, Asana, Google Suite, and other prominent AI & Project Management Tools.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
