We are growing fast and are now looking for a Head of Commercial Analytics to support the Global Head of Services in setting the strategic direction for the business. Fully flexible and working from anywhere in the UK or Europe, this is a brand new leadership role that will be integral to our ongoing success.

At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

  • Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to report on, evaluate and enhance the commercial performance of our strategic vision.
  • Analysing commercial performance metrics and providing commercial modeling to advance our Partner Program strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Global Head of Services to implement key financial objectives at a functional level.
  • Engaging stakeholders with valuable performance insights and reporting on both financial and non-financial metrics on a regular basis.
  • Enhancing deal negotiations with in-depth commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation, particularly with the Services and Finance teams
  • Actively participating as a member of the management team, collaborating with your peers in the development and achievement of Moodle’s goals.

Requirements

We'd love to meet you…

Especially if:

  • You have a flair for understanding a business inside and out and you can pinpoint what drives both operational and financial success.
  • You excel at translating performance metrics into clear, understandable language for everyone in the business.
  • You bring valuable experience from the global EdTech sector, with an understanding of both operational and commercial aspects.
  • You have experience in building financial forecasts backed by non-financial operations KPI’s.
  • You take pride in your work, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You have the initiative to uncover performance improvements in places others might overlook, always striving for excellence.
  • You possess outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across various stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a diverse, global environment and build strong, positive relationships with your stakeholders.
