What your new job can look like…

The Head of Partner Programme is accountable for the overall success of the Partner team and Partner Programme. A network of over 60 Certified Moodle Partners operate in over 100 countries and deliver commercial services to customers, building on our open-source platform. Moodle support these Partners with product expertise, marketing services and sales training.

This role is responsible for providing leadership to the Partnership Growth team; setting clear direction for the team and enabling each team member to fulfill their potential.

With the pace of Moodle, no two days will ever be the same! But most days will involve a mix of:

  • Provide clear and inspiring leadership for the Partner Programme team
  • Drive revenue growth through the Partner Network.
  • Work with founders and senior leaders in our Partner businesses.
  • Develop approaches to forecasting Partner revenue accurately
  • Analyse and identify priority markets in which to grow the Partner network
  • Ensure Partner compliance
  • Ensure Partner satisfaction and that Partners are thriving as part of the Moodle ecosystem

Requirements

We'd love to meet you…

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • Experience in business development, relationship management and sales operations team management
  • Experience with a partner or channel management programme and/or global experience, working with diverse cultures and in different markets
  • Understanding of the sales process across the HE and/or corporate sectors
  • Experience utilising a CRM to manage multi-region sales pipelines, sales teams, sales reporting
  • Understanding of/experience within IT/professional services sales, SaaS and hosting sales, and service organisations
  • Abilities as a strong and charismatic leader with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the Edtech sector and, specifically with open-source products, including Moodle
