We're looking for a Lead QA Analyst to improve the quality of our service and enhance the customer experience. As a key member of our QA team, you'll have a real impact on crucial problems that affect customers and Monzo. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective assurance information is extracted and analysed from Monzo databases.
Requirements
- Experience within a regulated sector either in a risk and/or QA related role
- Good people management/People Development experience
- Ability to develop data capture forms and datasets
- Experience of analysing data to identify issues and drive improvements at a strategic level
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
