Token GTM & Operations Lead (TGE/Launchpad Focus)

Location: Remote - Asia - preference for Singapore and Hong Kong

Compensation: $120K - $180K

We are a rapidly scaling platform at the intersection of AI generation and Web3, enabling users to instantly build, launch, and monetize AI-generated applications with integrated token economics. With a substantial user base and app count, we are preparing for our public token generation event (TGE) and scaling a novel, IPO-style token launch mechanism for our ecosystem builders.

We are seeking a Token Go-To-Market (GTM) & Operations Lead to own the full lifecycle of our platform's upcoming token launch, from hype generation and execution to post-launch stabilization. This role also involves operationalizing our unique token launch mechanism for ecosystem partners.

This is an ideal role for a crypto-native operator who has experience running launchpads, token issuance pipelines, or market-structure functions, combined with a strong instinct for narrative, attention, and community growth.

You will own the entire front-side execution of our TGE, ensuring maximum growth, hype, attention, and community activation from pre-launch through post-launch momentum. This is a highly operational role requiring a hands-on approach to driving measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• TGE Front-Side Ownership: Own the full GTM strategy, narrative shaping, and execution for the public token launch, including pre-launch activation, countdown phases, TGE execution, and post-launch momentum.
• Attention Engine: Build and manage the complete attention engine to drive real numbers: user growth, engagement, on-chain activity, community energy, and KOL amplification.
• Narrative Strategy: Shape and package the platform's narrative to align with current market cycles, "Crypto Twitter" (CT) meta, and attention arcs.
• Ecosystem Operationalization: Operationalize our unique IPO-style token launch mechanism for ecosystem builders. This includes creating clear playbooks, token economics templates, liquidity frameworks, and marketing sequences tailored to different attention cycles.
• Community & KOL Coordination: Activate community segments, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and whales to orchestrate coordinated attention waves and ensure consistent narrative stability post-launch.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Own all TGE workflows. Work closely with Engineering (token infrastructure), Founders (coordination/approvals), Legal (KYC/geofence), and Growth teams to ensure execution is consistent, aligned, and timely.
• Operator Mindset: Act as a hands-on operator—writing content, running comms, pushing campaigns, and directly engaging with partners—rather than just a strategy consultant.

Requirements

• Launch Experience (Must Have): Proven experience in crypto across launchpads, token issuance, trading operations, or market-making/liquidity functions. Must have launched tokens before and successfully run a TGE end-to-end.
• Crypto-Native Operator: Deep understanding of crypto culture, meme/meta flows, degen psychology, and the dynamics of online attention cycles.
• Growth Focus: Demonstrable track record of moving numbers and driving growth in a fast-paced crypto context.
• Narrative Instinct: Strong ability to position a TGE, craft compelling story arcs, and shape brand perception during critical launch windows.
• Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of token economics, market structure, liquidity mechanics, and vesting schedules (though direct coding/legal input is not required).
• Execution Leadership: High-agency, fast, execution-first operator who can convert ambiguity into structured processes, checklists, dashboards, and SOPs, and confidently direct a small squad.

Highly Desired (Bonus)

• Previous involvement in large-scale TGEs or exchange listing processes.
• Pre-existing relationships with exchanges, auditors, Market Makers (MMs), or compliance partners.
• Experience running large coordinated marketing campaigns across CT, KOL networks, and community channels.
