Responsibilities
- Assist the team with daily marketing, BD, growth & product operations for Simple Earn and Binance Loans.
- Plan and manage campaign schedules, ensuring end-to-end execution.
- Explore marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners, KOLs, VIP, Local markets and other channels.
- Collaborate with large cross functional teams in order to maintain smooth product operation and growth plan execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives through data analysis.
- Managing end-to-end regional amplification, VIP Earn initiatives & protocol partnerships and growth pipelines.
- Be the DRP (Direct Responsible Person) or POC (Point of Contact) with ecosystem protocols and partners on growth initiatives and major partnership deals related to the Earn portfolio.
- Develop marketing & growth strategies with the team regularly to increase TVL and Loan volume for Simple Earn & Binance Loans.
- Help to monitor and resolve Simple Earn & Binance Loans issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support growth initiatives by analyzing local market dynamics, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities to strengthen regional presence and maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure flawless execution and accountability on campaigns, growth initiatives, partnerships, and handovers - prioritizing execution discipline while valuing creativity.
Requirements
- Being a DeFi/Crypto/Web3 native with strong business acumen and a proactive habit of researching industry insights is very important for this role.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product growth, marketing, business development, or operations, within crypto, DeFi, or related sectors.
- Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, DeFi and Web3 Products, platforms and ecosystems - familiar with the DeFi and Binance ecosystem is required.
- Proven track record of independently executing campaigns and growth initiatives at a global & local level.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in large teams and managing partner relations is necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accountability - mistakes and missed handovers have real business impact in this role.
- Openness to feedback and a strong willingness to continuously improve.
- Flawless execution and follow-through are fundamental—creative ideas are welcome but must be backed by consistent execution.
- Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes, not just inputs. Self-learning personality and ability to work independently and resolve problems end to end as the DRP/POC.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing requirements based on market and business needs – can-do mentality.
- Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple projects.
