Responsibilities
- Value Creation and Story Telling – You will define and evangelize the hybrid AI value proposition—Surface NPU + Azure AI + Copilot—as a unified platform.
- Partner & Customer Engagement - You will Co-develop hybrid AI solutions & compelling demos with ISVs & Business Customers that showcase the power of Surface NPUs in real-world scenarios.
- Cross-Team Influence - You will Collaborate deeply with Windows AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Surface engineering, Surface GTM and Surface sales teams to land an aligned roadmap of experiences.
- You will partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
- You will define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Proven experience in hybrid AI strategy, development, or go-to-market execution.
- Deep technical fluency and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across product, engineering, and field organizations.
- Recognized thought leadership hybrid AI, with a track record of public speaking or published POVs.
- Experience co-developing AI solutions with ISVs or enterprise partners.
- Microsoft Certification in Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
