As a Solutions Engineer, you'll improve technical sales and expansion motion by joining customer conversations early, leading technical discovery, and solutioning. You'll be a subject matter expert, bringing deep technical comfort and a consultative approach to connect customer pain points to Method's product capabilities and roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technical Solutioning in a pre-sales environment
- Strong technical foundation (CS preferred; STEM/engineering/math/physics acceptable with clear technical depth)
- Prior experience working with APIs (selling, implementing, supporting, or solutioning)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and comfort operating in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts
- High ownership and speed, comfortable in a startup environment with ambiguous processes and evolving org structure
