As a Marketing Associate supporting the Country Marketing Manager – Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS), you will assist in executing country-specific marketing plans. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing skills in the medical device industry, gaining exposure to product marketing, event coordination, and sales support. This is a UK role and a location near a major city would make travel easier.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Assist in implementing country product marketing and communication plans, including positioning, targeting, pricing, and performance tracking, in alignment with the European Marketing Strategy, Country Plan, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Support the sales and market development teams by gathering market insights and ensuring consistent messaging
  • Help monitor market data, including competitive intelligence, customer insights, and account information, to support marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the commercial team
  • Assist in coordinating national events, including conferences, symposia, workshops, congresses, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with European and Country Strategies
  • Help manage the availability and organization of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales tools
  • Support product lifecycle management, including product launches, phase-outs, and demand forecasting where necessary

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Interest in the medical device industry or healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a marketing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to support field teams and events. Full clean driving license preferred but not required. Prior experience in marketing or sales support is a plus.
