The CCIA Marketing Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and executing product strategies within Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product success and achieve business objectives.

This position is part of the Europe Marketing department located across Europe and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Europe Clinical Diagnostics Team and report to the Senior Marketing Manager of Clinical Diagnostics responsible for leading product marketing in Europe at Beckman Coulter. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new product launches and existing product lines, using LEx principles and methodologies, and conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize customer insights to define value propositions, target segments, and key messaging for products and develop tailored messaging that effectively communicates the benefits and unique selling points of the products to the intended audience, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts by analysing market conditions, competitive landscapes, and sales data for new and existing products while continuously monitoring market trends to adjust forecasts and strategies accordingly.
  • Own and manage the product lifecycle from commercialization to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs, and lead the communication of product strategies, plans, and performance to all internal stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) with proven experience in product marketing within the industry of 5+ years.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and inform marketing strategies, and strong strategic planning and project management skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with key customers, gather and analyse customer feedback, and influence commercial teams to identify opportunities for product growth and market expansion.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25% overnight travel).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to addressing challenges.
