We will count on you to:
- Assess risk expertise and industry knowledge to develop placement solutions for clients.
- Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
- Document all activities in the system for timely follow-up by clients, carriers, and the client team.
- Assist in managing coverage specifications and obtaining quotes from carriers based on the transaction model.
- Improve relationships with carriers, underwriters, and the client team to provide cohesive client service.
- Contributes as a member of the broker team in developing overall client strategy, interprets and presents benchmark data to client and ensures plan and program changes are properly implemented embody client’s strategy.
- Ensures compliance with professional standards including use of templates, client calendar, peer review, and transparency.
- Works directly with the client and manages the policy renewal process with the health insurance carriers and internal analyst.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in, Human resources, Actuarial studies, Applied psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Statistics discipline etc.
- The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Highly proficient computer skills.
