We will count on you to:

  • Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) advisory engagements focused on enhancing risk maturity in our client’s organisations, aligning strategies with the most effective industry practices.

  • Translate global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps to provide clients with concise and sustainable risk management strategies.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through impactful communication, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs to effectively address their risk challenges effectively.

  • Project manage the execution of risk advisory projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions to optimise risk management using various formats including reports, presentations and webinars.

  • Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that allows you and the team to achieve their full potential.

  • Advise clients on implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to enhance their overall risk management capabilities.

  • Lead projects of various sizes and complexities, collaborating with experts across Marsh McLennan to deliver exceptional results.

  • Stay informed and updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and assist clients in complying with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and engage in business development activities to expand the firm's risk advisory practice.

  • Stay updated with emerging risk trends and developments in the industry, actively contributing to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge sharing within the firm.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk advisory service delivery, consistently improving client outcomes.

What we would like you to have:

  • 7+ Years’ experience working in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.

  • Degree in Business/Commerce/Management.

  • Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE desirable.

  • Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).

  • Experience in leading team members and/or large client projects.

  • Experience in growing business.

  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
