Marsh is seeking a talented Property Valuer to join our dynamic team in the NZ office. As part of Marsh Valuation Services, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations for property, infrastructure, and equipment assets across the Pacific Region. We will count on you to:

• Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various property types for different purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Travel intrastate nationally for key client commitments as needed.
• Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, providing expert advice on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.
• Lead small, complex, and unique projects while collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to have:

• AAPI with CPV qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing property valuations.
• Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly regarded.
• Strong business development skills with a growth-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A logical and analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
