MUTW LLC is seeking a professional and organized On Site Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our on-site operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for on-site executives
- Manage and organize all on-site paperwork and documentation, including contracts and invoices
- Answer and direct phone calls, take and distribute messages
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Assist with coordinating and planning on-site events and meetings
- Maintain and update on-site inventory and supplies
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Handle and prioritize office tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time, on-site position
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Some lifting may be required (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
