About the Role:As a member of our Delivery Operations Team, the Client Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our clients’ account-based marketing campaigns by providing customized reports, supporting data analytics, and conducting quality assurance reviews. You will collaborate proactively across sales and delivery teams to ensure high-quality, flawless reporting metrics on omnichannel campaigns to provide actionable metrics. You will also be responsible for data and presentation creative development to stay ahead of market changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile bespoke customized reporting for Madison Logic’s clients in partnership with client success and sales
  • Clearly and concisely communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimizations through client-facing documentation and reporting
  • Build relationships with delivery and sales teams to create a constant flow of communication and support for top-tiered clients
  • Interact with clients to collect customer assets required to launch campaigns
  • Act as an internal consultant focused on increasing product adoption while improving customer retention and satisfaction
  • Own the creation of data reporting for display advertising and lead generation campaigns throughout the campaign life cycle
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all campaigns to ensure proper data entry.
  • Support a dedicated Enterprise Customer Success team to anticipate client needs, proactively offer recommendations, and offer the elevated level of responsiveness expected of superior client support.
  • Shadow Enterprise Customer Success Manager’s onboarding and post-launch calls to gather first-person details and continue developing soft skill sets, including call wrap reports/emails.
  • Provided reporting support for sales-managed accounts and reporting backlog requests.

Basic Qualifications:

  • US Shift Timing (6:30pm – 2:30am) or UK Shift Timing (2:30pm – 10:30pm) Required
  • University Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • 1+ year of experience in data analytics, campaign operations, or client services OR data/analytical related postgraduate studies required
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1+years’ experience with Salesforce
  • 1+years’ experience with 2 or more of the following preferred: Google Analytics, Integrate, Marketo, Covertr, Eloqua, DSPs, SSPs
