About the Role:Campaign Delivery Managers play a critical role inmanaging Madison Logic’s digital advertising and content syndication campaigns through implementation, delivery, and optimization. As a member of our Delivery Operations Team, you will work cross-functionally with Partner Operations, Sales, Client Success, Business Intelligence, Product, and Finance. This role requires team collaboration to identify and enhance processes, expand on a wealth of knowledge and help bridge any gaps in documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary internal owner of the successful delivery of our client's content syndication and digital advertising campaigns (including CTV)
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to, identify define and implement inventory requests
  • Collaborate with partners to help improve and navigate best practices and process improvements at a granular level in partnership with Partner Operations
  • Serve as a digital operations subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners.
  • Continuously assess, improve, and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end operational workflow
  • Be a subject matter expert across ML’s products and 3rd party applications including Lead Generation and Digital Advertising Operations, and platform integrations, and pixel implementation and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate on the team onboarding training curriculum and continuous education
  • Partner with the finance team to complete month-end close processes, analysis and reporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • US Shift Timing (6:30pm – 2:30am) or UK Shift Timing (2:30pm – 10:30pm) Required
  • Fluent in English
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • Project implementation expertise
  • University Degree +2yrs experience or 3 years of related experience in a digital operations role, ideally in an advertising or marketing technology, media, digital ad agency or software company
  • 1+ Years Experience with Programmatic Display Advertising (Preferably Display, Video, OTT, Native), including buying and optimization, ideally in an advertising or marketing technology (DSP/SSP), media, digital ad agency or software company
  • 1+ Years Experience with ABM, marketing automation technology or demand generation
  • 1+ Years Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrable expertise with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, with a knack for explaining complex concepts into a straightforward manner
  • Naturally comfortable and effective communicating with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization one on one or through group presentations
  • Self-starter who can think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems, and clearly communicate results both internally and externally with partners and customers
  • Eager to get hands-on with the technology and figure out how things work
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Accustomed to handling multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects
