Manager, Sales and Implementations (Hybrid)
Full time, Mumbai, India
The Manager, Sales and Implementations is responsible for developing and nurturing corporate travel relationships. This covers leading all aspects of onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption of the product in line with agreed SLAs. This includes meetings/calls, scheduling, workflow analysis, resources planning, managing project expectations, project communications, customer support including troubleshooting, excellent customer-facing skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and adherence to support service level agreements are critical elements of the role.
As a Manager, Sales and Implementations, you will
- Capture the untapped market in the marketplace, penetrate competitors’ key accounts, and close deals at favorable and profitable rates
- Ensure seamless transition of account to the client management team and that implementation is tailored to each customer’s needs concerning their specific workflows or processes
- Develop sales strategy and take leads in the market
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers externally and internally
- Create customer proposals with a cost-benefit analysis and co-ordinate with the Director – Sales and Implementation for final customer contact
- Coordinate with various departments to configure a customized service model to meet the needs of corporate client
- Responsible for prioritizing targets and potential account monitoring of the sales process through to the final contract
- Up-sell and Cross-Sell products and services that meet clients’ needs after the culmination of sales
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and target accounts to Director-Sales & Implementation
About you
- You have a College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Business English
- Good corporate connections and credibility in the Industry
- You have strong selling and negotiating skills
- Strategic, creative, and result-oriented thought process
- Strong general computer literacy, including MS Office, Internet applications
- Knowledge of Contract management
- Knowledge of business travel management preferred
