Position Summary
Leads, manages, coordinates the LivaNova strategy and contributes to the success of the business in the assigned territory.
This position will provide excellent Regional and service Support to end users for Cardiopulmonary products for LivaNova. Responsible for projecting and achieving key performance indicators within assigned territories. Will evaluate the region continuously; report regional conditions; and evaluate and recommend appropriate strategies for the territory.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and actively maintain in-depth technical understanding of LivaNova products to enable effective in-theatre support, programming and product demonstrations.
- Compile required reports and end user presentations.
- Manage territory expense budget.
- Effective ongoing communication with all relevant end user contacts and internal colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent end user
- Formulate Territory Business Plan, including set objectives and strategies for each account, in line with the Divisional Business Plan.
- Be competent in the understanding and delivery of the appropriate training packages to end users, and the ongoing maintenance of training requirements.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives.
- Evaluate regional situation in assigned territory on a continuous basis and report regional data and trends on a regular basis to management.
- Propose key performance indicators and strategies to management on a regular basis and present written reports and recommendations.
- Ensure that all marketing support activities are aligned with company compliance policy and are conducted within legal and ethical standards.
- Project and maintain company image and presence within assigned territory with regular and frequent end user visits, presence at trade shows, surgeon visits, etc.
- Provide timely monthly marketing support activities reports, expense reports, account profiles and other company reports as required.
- Update the marketing support database on a continuous basis to maintain the reliability and validity of the data.
Skills and Experience
Languages
English: Fluency is a plus
Arabic is a must.
Experience/Professional requirement
- Medical Device industry experience is considered key for the role
- Proven track record of demonstrating knowledge and understanding of compliance topics
- Strong demonstrative end user focus
- Proven strategic re marketing support skills to achieve and the required key performance indicators
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Great influencing skills, with the ability to build trust
Education
Bachelor's Degree (preferably life sciences or health related discipline)
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be extensive, up to 50%
