Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Reporting Analyst to work remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Military OneSource mission. The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a “one source” for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.

The Reporting Analyst gathers, consolidates, and prepares metrics and required reporting data for monthly status reports, monthly usage reports, case data reports, Call Center reports, and quarterly performance plan updates related to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

This role supports requests for record searches and records releases in accordance with program requirements. They also support transition reporting activities during the Transition-In period to ensure continuity, accuracy, and completeness of required deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, consolidate, and prepare metrics and required reporting data for monthly status reports, usage reports, case data reports, Call Center reports, and quarterly performance plan updates.

  • Compile and analyze data for Government monthly status reports and ad hoc reporting requirements.

  • Provide data analysis related to utilization of EAP services and program resources to support operational decision-making.

  • Generate regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reporting data.

  • Identify data discrepancies or inaccuracies and escalate issues for resolution as needed.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Support record search and records release requests in accordance with program requirements.

  • Assist with transition reporting activities during program transition periods to ensure continuity and accuracy of deliverables.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with operational objectives.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Experience in Behavioral Healthcare or a comparable Healthcare environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Experience with MySQL, MS SQL, or comparable database technologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.

  • Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required.

  • Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.

  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.

  • This position requires a separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from, as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home.) Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military spouse, military affiliation, and/or experience in the military community is highly desirable and/or knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture.

  • Employee assistance program (EAP) experience.

  • Call center experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
