This vision propels our continuous innovation, driving us to integrate cutting-edge technology into every facet of our operations. We are not merely an air transport service; we are a vital extension of the nation's healthcare infrastructure, providing mobile intensive care units in the sky. Through strategic partnerships and technological advancements, such as the integration of Skyryse's FlightOS automation hardware and software, we are fundamentally enhancing aviation safety and operational efficiency. This allows our highly skilled pilots and medical crews to focus on their primary mission: delivering the highest quality of care to over 100,000 patients annually.

Our commitment to innovation extends beyond the cockpit. We leverage sophisticated logistics, a national communications center, and state-of-the-art maintenance facilities to support our fleet of over 400 helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft operating from more than 300 bases across 48 states. This extensive network is powered by a dedicated team of over 5,000 professionals, including a significant number of U.S. veterans, who bring unparalleled expertise and discipline to our mission. We are also transforming the patient experience on the ground through a robust Patient Advocacy program, which utilizes technology and dedicated support to navigate the complexities of insurance and billing, minimizing financial stress for those we serve. By investing in advanced training, including simulation-based learning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Air Methods is not just responding to emergencies—we are defining the future of air medical services, ensuring that advanced healthcare is accessible to all, especially in remote and rural communities where it is needed most.
