Leidos is seeking an experienced Endpoint Migration Lead to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth Estate Agencies. The Endpoint Migration Lead will lead a team of engineers that are focused on the design, implementation, deployment, and management of endpoint migration solutions to support the migration of DoD endpoints to DISA’s new cloud-based DoDNet Gen2 environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement User Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions

  • Design and implement automation solutions to facilitate the migration process and ensure a seamless end user experience

  • Provide coherent, transparent, and inclusive technical direction to the engineering team to ensure tasks are clearly defined, articulated, assigned, and tracked to completion

  • Actively work to remove blockers for the engineering team

  • Continually identify opportunities for improvement, including innovations in the UEM domain aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, and lowering sustainment costs

  • Enforce security best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of security policies, network security, and data security

  • Initiate frequent interactions with the team of engineers to identify areas of improvement and facilitate their career growth, including participation in annual performance reviews

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience leading teams of engineers, including mentoring and fostering communication and collaboration across the team

  • Expertise in the deployment and management of UEM/MDM technologies, including MECM and Intune

  • Expertise packaging applications in MECM and Intune and managing MECM and Intune environments

  • Expertise in troubleshooting issues, quickly and effectively identifying the root cause, and establishing a remediation plan

  • Experience using PowerShell or other scripting tools to facilitate endpoint migrations

  • Understanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA

  • Ability to work effectively within a distributed technical team, aided by strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence

  • Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as: Microsoft Certified Intune Expert, JAMF System 400 Level Certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

Another major milestone occurred in August 2016 when Leidos merged with Lockheed Martin's Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS) business, a landmark transaction that created the defense industry's largest IT services provider and significantly expanded Leidos' capabilities and market share.
