As a VA, you will support attorneys by managing case-related tasks, coordinating client communications, and helping guide potential clients through the legal case funnel—from initial contact to conversion. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting attorneys by managing client intake and case documentation
- Following up with potential clients to keep them engaged and advancing through the process
- Maintaining attorney calendars and setting appointments across time zones
- Organizing case files and track updates using task and document management tools
- Responding to emails and client messages in a timely, professional manner
- Keeping CRM systems and trackers updated with client and case status
- Preparing summaries or reports as requested by attorneys
- Flagging issues that may delay case conversion and suggest solutions
- Handling general virtual assistant tasks (e.g., inbox management, research, scheduling)
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years as a Virtual Assistant or in executive support
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Skilled in tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, and Calendly
- A strong communicator who can work with diverse stakeholders
