Sr. EDI Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT or healthcare required
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in EDI and/or IT healthcare
• Experience working with different EMR vendors and/or Labs on project implementations
• Ability to interact professionally with various departments and levels of leadership
• Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
• Possess strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive multiple HHS projects to completion in all phases within corporate specified deadlines
• Monitor specific client requirements and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients
• Collaborate with various functional groups including sales, lab operations, senior leadership and third-party vendors
• Build and cultivate strong working relationships with clients to gain their support and solidify their continued business
• Assist clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues of varying degrees of complexity
• Collaborate with various functional groups including sales, lab operations, and third-party vendors to provide client issue resolutions in a timely manner
• Perform analysis of client ordering patterns to uncover client ordering issues early in to improve electronic ordering and resulting

Pay Range: $85k-95k

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
