Overview

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our ENR Services Team. This post-sales role focuses on implementing Cotivitis’ solutions for individual clients. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Cotiviti products at client sites. This includes managing the installation of products on Cotivitis’ or client hardware, and developing programs, tasks, and guidelines to meet client-specific needs. As the primary technical resource for Client Services, you will interface with the client's technical teams, deliver product training, and develop new client-specific requirements. The role involves significant client coordination and communication, requiring a high level of technical understanding of Cotivitis’ solutions and the transactions that flow through them.

Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Cotivitis’ products at client sites.
  • Managing the installation of products on Cotivitis’ or client hardware.
  • Developing programs, tasks, and guidelines to meet client-specific needs.
  • Serving as the primary technical resource for Client Services and interfacing with client technical teams.
  • Delivering product training and developing new client-specific requirements.
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical understanding of Edifecs & Cotiviti solutions and related transactions.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in EDI and the US Healthcare domain.
  • Proficiency in Application Integration/Enterprise Application Integration.
  • Experience with middleware tools (e.g., JCAPS, WebMethods, WMBI, AquaLogic) or messaging engines (e.g., IBM MQ, Active MQ).
  • Familiarity with Integration Design Patterns.
  • Understanding of various message formats (e.g., XML, STX, EDI, EDIFACT, ISO, ACORD, HL7, IHE).
  • Proficient in Java programming, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and scripting languages (e.g., Perl).
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Server, including connection strings, SQL scripts, JDBC, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Application Servers.
  • Experience with technical documentation, process flow diagrams, deployment, and user operations guides.
  • Ability to develop technical designs and manage releases.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare (Payer/Provider) and EDI transactions (preferably HIPAA).
  • Process-oriented with a solid grasp of product implementation.
  • Experience in project scope, estimation, and change management.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies for products or solutions.
  • Experience in technical training (internal/external).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed – as much as 50%

Base compensation ranges from $101,288 - 126,000 annually. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
