DA Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of technical solutions for our clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with business to understand their business needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions and create solution design documentation, including diagrams and integration plans
• Manage the deployment and implementation of solutions, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations
• Stay updated with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise solutions, including data analytics related solutions
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise software systems
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Familiarity with technical solutioning and implementation expertise, especially with data lakes / Lakehouse architectures
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Working experience of project management and DevOps tools (e.g. Jira, HP ALM, Jenkins, Confluence, etc.) is a big plus
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile SCRUM, Cloud architecture (AWS / Azure), Analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI) are a plus.
• Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences industry is a plus
