Kustomer is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive marketing qualified lead generation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire webinar funnel, from strategic planning to post-event follow-up and analysis.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with a focus on webinar/video programs.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end webinar programs, from strategic planning to execution and follow-up.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing promotional emails, landing pages, and follow-up content.
- Experience with webinar tools, including Zoom, LinkedIn, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing ops, sales, and performance marketing teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage expectations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
