As a Technical Business Analyst in our Community Care program, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating and documenting Power Platform solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring that system knowledge is captured, structured, and handed over in a way that empowers delivery teams and supports scalable growth. Your work will enable independent configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement of our Dataverse-based solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidate and document existing Power Platform (Dataverse) solutions, making system knowledge accessible and repeatable.
  • Enable delivery teams to independently configure, adopt, and scale solutions without ongoing reliance on Product or Development teams.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent set of technical and business artifacts, supporting both internal implementation and client-facing training.
  • Map and visualise business processes, ensuring workflows are clear for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Own the process of knowledge transfer, guiding teams through handover and supporting scalable delivery.
  • Design and execute test cases in Azure DevOps, validating solution quality and process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (non-client facing), bridging business context and technical detail.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement and standardization.

  • Are proactive in mapping business processes and cataloguing system logic, workflows, and data models.
  • Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, translating technical concepts for business stakeholders and end users.
  • Take ownership of the process from review to delivery, ensuring completeness and consistency of all artifacts.
  • Utilise Azure DevOps to organize workflows, manage test cases, and support quality assurance.
  • Foster collaboration, working closely with non-client facing stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to enable independent implementation.
  • Have experience in care, health, or community sector domains (highly desirable), bringing valuable industry insight to your work.

Your Experience

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in:

  • Reviewing and documenting Power Platform applications, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Mapping business processes and cataloguing system logic, workflows, and data models.
  • Creating setup guides, training materials, and technical documentation for both internal and client-facing audiences.
  • Designing and executing test cases using Azure DevOps, supporting process validation and quality assurance.
  • Organising and maintaining structured repositories of documentation and artifacts.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to bridge business context and technical detail.
  • Experience in care, health, or community sector domains is highly desirable.
