In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Selling our story: You'll become an enthusiastic brand ambassador, engaging with candidates and effectively conveying the exciting opportunities and unique work environment we offer.
- Building relationships: You'll develop strong connections with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about joining our team.
- Onboarding success: You'll ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process and providing the resources they need to hit the ground running.
- Optimizing recruitment: You'll be a strategic thinker, constantly looking for ways to improve our recruitment processes to be faster, more efficient, and attract the best talent.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- A passionate and driven recruitment professional with 2+ years of experience.
- A resourceful problem-solver with a knack for figuring things out and adapting to new situations.
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who can build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- A tech-savvy individual comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms, familiar with ATS and HRMS Software and a pro in collaborative office suite like Google Apps
- A strategic thinker with a desire to continuously improve and optimize our recruitment processes.
- Someone who is connected to today's generation and understands how to attract top talent in this competitive market.
