Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media and content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. You will manage the Company's and CEO’s LinkedIn presence, identify and engage with key decision-makers (ICPs) online, and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and publish high-quality content.
Your skills will come to life at Koru where you will:
- Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn account, including ghostwriting posts, engaging with their network, and identifying relevant ICPs for connection.
- Identify and research relevant online communities, forums, and platforms where target ICPs are active.
- Develop and implement a content strategy to engage with ICPs on these platforms, including sharing company articles, solutions, and participating in discussions.
- Proactively seek out and secure PR opportunities to showcase the company, CEO, and its expertise.
- Identify high-traffic websites and influencers for potential brand mentions, features, and article placements.
- Monitor the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Dribble, and others, and respond to all inquiries and comments.
- Track website traffic, analyze email marketing campaign results, and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on blog posts and website updates.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn) and marketing content creation
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices and content marketing strategies
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences
- Proven ability to identify and engage with key decision-makers online
- Experience with social media listening and analytics tools
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualification
- The candidate should have any Certification, Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing or Communication.
- Good to have : Hubspot certification, SEO certification, Digital Marketing certification, Google Ads Certification.
