About Kojo

It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.

Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.

We’re looking for an amazing Supplier Integrations Manager who will work directly with Kojo’s customers and their suppliers to help integrate and onboard suppliers and contractors onto Kojo’s Supplier EDI or API integration. From launch to production, you’ll be the main point of contact between a book of suppliers, Kojo’s Product and Engineering teams, and Kojo’s Customer Success Managers, ensuring as many customers are utilizing as complete an integration as possible in a high quality way.

About the Role

This role reports to our VP of Customer Success and works closely cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience for our customers and their suppliers on the Kojo platform.

This role will include:

  • Owning the supplier relationship from onboarding through optimal usage and adoption, including facilitating feature requests

  • Onboarding suppliers to our integrations process by providing supplier integration teams with the inputs they need to build EDI and API connections to Kojo

  • Managing the queue of integrations and providing clear status updates along the way

  • Monitoring supplier integrations to ensure that all parties are using them optimally and are satisfied with their Kojo experience

  • Collaborate with Kojo product and engineering organizations to implement supplier requested feature enhancements

  • QA testing integrations before launch to ensure they meet customer and supplier needs

  • Keeping suppliers in the loop with general reporting and roadmap developments

  • Training suppliers on how to maximize their Kojo experience

  • Creating integration documentation to ensure suppliers have all needed resources to succeed

About You

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 3+ years working in customer-facing role in SaaS, software, or technology-based environment, with experience in Tier 2 support or technical implementation management preferred

  • Experience with electronic integration between different software/database systems like EDI (electronic data interchange), API (application programming interface), Punchout, etc.

  • Experience working for a construction supplier, in the electrical construction industry or distribution industry strongly preferred

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and documentation skills

  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite

  • Proven track record of operating autonomously and strategically in a customer-facing role

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and stay on top of multiple projects at once

  • Exemplary problem-solving skills

What you care about:

  • Innovation: You look for “10x” solutions, You seek to understand the truth behind problems and find solutions to them

  • Customer Obsession: You understand that what might be small things to us make a huge difference for them, You seek to understand their pain

  • Accountability: You are motivated by having the space to make your best judgments about what should be done and how to do it, You establish clear next steps and do what you say you’ll do
