As an AI Architect, you won't just be advising clients from the sidelines; you will be the mastermind designing and building the custom Generative AI strategies and autonomous agent ecosystems that redefine how Fortune 500 companies operate.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where deep technical craft meets elite business strategy. If you love the challenge of translating complex enterprise problems into sophisticated, multi-step agent workflows—and then actually building them—this is your playground.

What You’ll Do

  • 🛠️ Architect & Build the Future: You will lead the hands-on technical execution of AI engagements. You’ll transform strategic vision into production-grade autonomous agent systems, architecting complex workflows using the latest LLMs, Vector Databases, and orchestration frameworks.
  • 💡 Shape Client AI Strategies: You will serve as the trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders. You’ll facilitate workshops that cut through the AI hype, helping clients identify high-value use cases, navigate data readiness, and map out scalable MLOps roadmaps.
  • 🛡️ Govern & Scale Responsibly: Enterprise AI demands bulletproof reliability. You will implement cutting-edge MLOps best practices, focusing on observability, rigorous testing, and QA to mitigate bias and hallucinations, ensuring AI outputs are safe, ethical, and value-driven.
  • 🌐 Integrate & Innovate: You’ll deploy sophisticated models within major enterprise ecosystems (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and seamlessly weave them into core business platforms like Salesforce and Workday.
  • 🚀 Push the Boundaries: The AI landscape changes daily. You will spend time in the lab, testing new builder tools, frameworks, and low-code/no-code platforms (like Flowise) to keep our firm and our clients ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

  • A Proven Builder: You have 6–10 years of experience spanning technical consulting, software engineering, or AI/ML roles, with a track record of deploying real-world GenAI applications.
  • An Agent Orchestrator: You aren't just hitting an API endpoint. You deeply understand autonomous agent architecture—reasoning, tool-use, and planning.
  • A Python & Framework Expert: Python is your native language, and you are highly proficient with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
  • Cloud Fluent: You have hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML services across at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • The Ultimate Translator: You have the rare ability to bridge the gap between deep tech and business value, making complex architecture understandable and exciting to non-technical stakeholders.
