Requirements
- Subject Expertise: Deep knowledge of secondary school Science in one or more of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology up to Grade 12.
- 6-8 years of experience in science education, curriculum development, with at least 2-3 years of ed-tech content management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams of various sizes and compositions.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn complex data into actionable content strategies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead a remote-first team.
