The successful candidate will have excellent program management skills to enhance and formalize emerging Training and enablement programs and leading the launching of innovative ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma or comparable experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of content development experience
- Present complex information and knowledge clearly and concisely at the right level for the listener
- Active listening
- Membership in a professional organization related to content development, learning theory and training programs
- Expert knowledge in E-Learning, ILT/SPVC, graphic design, video production, programming, or a related field
- Experience leading the formalization of knowledge programs, including the enhancements of existing programs and the launch of new innovative ones
- Advanced working knowledge of Maestro software
- Expert knowledge of databases, data models, algorithms
- Strong programming knowledge
- Working knowledge of Machine learning
- Demonstrated skill in course design for accessibility
- Knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy
- Produce quality work that reflects well upon Kinaxis
