The Director of UX Research Partner will be pivotal in servicing enterprise accounts. As a key Account Management team member, the UX Research Partner will contribute to cultivating strong client relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
Travel 30% will be required and may be required to occasionally work irregular hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during the interview process, the candidate's range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.

General Accountabilities:
Account Management: (80%)
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue from existing clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with the company's overall business goals
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
Ensure client’s expectations are met
Proactively address issues
Identify continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
Collaborate with Executive Oversights on specific accounts and support customer UX initiatives
New Client Cultivation (20%)
Identify and introduce to KLI new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio
Implement effective prospecting and outreach strategies to attract potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with clients to identify potential areas where KLI can support their initiatives.
Assess prospective customers’ research needs and requirements to determine fit and to recommend the most appropriate services
Revenue Optimization
Develop and execute initiatives to maximize revenue from existing clients
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain high satisfaction levels
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in client growth, sales, or business development
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven with a track record of achieving growth targets
Education
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years experience as a UX researcher and/or leader
Preferred Education: Master's Degree, preferred fields of education: Statistics, Human Factors, HCI, Industrial Engineering, Anthropology, Social Psychology, Marketing (Research) or MBA.
Preferred Experience: User Research Experience preferred
