About Keeal

Keeal (keeal.com) is a US–Bangladesh cross-border payment platform built by Microxen Inc. We exist to solve one of the most frustrating problems for Bangladeshi professionals — getting paid from the US without excessive fees, delays, or broken banking infrastructure.

We serve freelancers, online sellers, and independent professionals who earn in dollars but live in Bangladesh. We are early-stage, founder-led, and growing through community. Every user we have came through trust — and that is exactly how we plan to grow.

The Role

We are not hiring a salesperson. We are not hiring a marketer. We are looking for a community leader — someone who has already built a real, active, and trusted following in Bangladesh and genuinely wants to help people in that community succeed.

This is a Community Champion & Brand Ambassador role. You will represent Keeal within your existing network, help users understand and use the platform, collect honest feedback from the ground, and serve as the direct line between our users and our product team.

If your community trusts you — and you understand the pain of getting paid internationally as a Bangladeshi — this role was made for you.

What You Will Do

Share Keeal with your community in an authentic, helpful way — not as a paid promoter, but as someone who genuinely believes in what it does

Be the go-to person for Keeal questions in Bangladesh — answer DMs, reply to comments, host Q&As, and help people get started

Support users when they face issues — guide them through onboarding, explain features, and help troubleshoot

Listen closely to your community — capture real feedback about what is working, what is confusing, what is broken, and what is missing

Bring those insights directly to the Keeal team — your feedback will influence product decisions, pricing, and feature priorities

Suggest new features or improvements based on what you hear from real users every day

Create content that educates your audience about cross-border payments, getting paid from the US, and how Keeal fits in — in whatever format works best for your platform (video, posts, lives, reels, threads, etc.)

Grow organic awareness of Keeal across Bangladesh by being present, helpful, and visible in the spaces where your audience lives

Who You Are

You have already built a large, engaged community in Bangladesh — this is non-negotiable. Whether you run a Facebook group, a YouTube channel, a LinkedIn following, a Telegram community, or any other platform — people in your network listen to you and trust what you say

Your audience is made up of freelancers, online sellers, remote workers, or digital entrepreneurs in Bangladesh

You personally understand the struggle of getting paid from abroad — you have lived it or watched people around you deal with it

You communicate fluently and naturally in Bengali — your audience feels like you are one of them

You are honest and direct — you will tell us what is not working, even if it is uncomfortable

You take ownership — you do not wait for instructions to engage your community or come up with ideas

You care about your reputation — you will only promote something you actually believe in

Bonus Points

You are already known as a go-to voice in the Bangladeshi freelancing, e-commerce, or digital income space

You have previously reviewed, promoted, or partnered with digital tools or platforms

You create content regularly (posts, videos, newsletters, lives) with strong organic engagement

You have experience moderating or managing an online community
