Karbon is a global leader in AI-powered practice management software, seeking a Manager of People Operations to own the operational backbone of how they hire, onboard, and support Karbonites across six countries. The role requires a deep understanding of AI tools, agent builders, and agentic workflows, as well as strong technical instincts and multi-country HR Ops experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience across People Operations or HR Ops
- Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
- Deep, hands-on fluency with AI tools, agent builders, and agentic workflows
- Strong technical instincts: comfortable with APIs, integrations, automation platforms
- Multi-country HR Ops experience preferred
- Proven ability to redesign operational processes from the ground up
