GB and US onlyK42 is building the next-generation commerce platform—making retail programmable and turning real-time transaction data into an entirely new industry. We need a Founder’s Associate to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder and make them faster, sharper, and more effective.
This is a full-time role with an “always-on” edge—regular hours plus ad-hoc support when deals, flights, or crises pop up. You’ll handle both the personal and professional sides of the founder’s life, from calendar chaos to boardroom prep. Your job: amplify the founder so the company can move at full speed.
Tasks
What you’ll do
Keep the founder one step ahead: manage schedules, travel, priorities, and personal logistics without being asked
Plan and join international travel, investor meetings, and partner events
Handle confidential information with total discretion and sound judgement
Jump into side projects—research, competitor deep dives, market mapping—where quick thinking and independence count
Smooth out daily friction so the founder can focus on building the business
