We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to design and execute on initiatives that support our suite of photography products and experiences. This role requires a strategic problem solver familiar with, or interested in learning about, our industry and the fundamentals of how our business works. You will synthesize internal and external customer feedback, align operational strategies with business objectives, and establish customer-focused metrics. Collaborating with BIEs to develop visual tools and educating leadership on their use is essential. You will also work with Aryeo and Zillow 3D Home teams and other cross-functional teams, identifying new opportunities and building best in class experiences for our customers. This role involves monitoring support channels, spearheading projects in change management, and product launches. As someone who proactively pushes the needle forward, you will liaise with various teams to implement changes, ensuring customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the product expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams and ensuring that our teams are properly tooled to support the business and our partners.
- Lead cross functional change management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions during product launches and updates.
- Work cross-functionally with support, success, sales and other teams within the Zillow ecosystem to implement solutions that cater to unique customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Listing Media Services to drive alignment and ensure that the product, the partners, and the business are in sync.
- Provide operator experience feedback to product management teams, suggest improvements, and facilitate customer success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that key achievements and deadlines are met.
- Develop business cases for new opportunities.
- Own customer satisfaction and growth metrics, creating and managing improvement plans.
- Stay abreast of Real Estate media industry trends in products and pricing.
- Test and implement recommendations through strategic pilots and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop and lead large-scale strategic projects, overseeing workstreams, crafting project plans, making recommendations, defining implementation strategies, conducting impact analyses, managing day-to-day operations, providing cross-functional alignment through regular read-outs, and drafting timely, clear, and accurate communications for business partners and senior leaders.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech company.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and managing complex projects, including product, service, and go-to- market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence partners at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
