Position Summary:
IEM is looking for a Full Time – Program Manager who will be theprimary point of contact to our client and is accountable for the productivity of their team and meeting deadlines on time and within budgets established.
Primary Location:
- Hybrid
- Likely travel to client site in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Travel Requirements:
- Travel Required, per client request.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of relatable work experience
- In addition to the above- Five (5) years of experience in project/program management, banking, accounting, supervision, production management, personnel management and/or business administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, disaster recovery or response, community development certifications and/ or experience is preferred.
- Understanding of IRA-funded programs and Department of Energy guidance for 50121 and 50122 Energy Rebate Programs.
