$3K–$4.5K/month | Full-time | Fully Remote (U.S. timezone)
I'm Dan, the founder of Syroscape. We're a B2B SaaS performance marketing agency. Over the last five years, we've worked with 45+ B2B companies across cutting-edge technology verticals and have generated strong, measurable growth for them.

We're selective about who we work with. We partner with companies we find interesting, led by people we actually like working with. That same standard applies internally. We want a team that's energized by the work, not just clocking in. If you're someone who logs off on Friday and doesn't think about work again until Monday, that's totally fine, but this probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for people who genuinely care about doing great work, who get satisfaction from solving hard problems, and who want to build something meaningful alongside a small, fast-moving team.

Right now, we're growing quickly. Our client base includes high-touch B2B SaaS accounts with significant ad spend that require a serious level of professionalism, proactive communication, and operational rigor. These are not set-it-and-forget-it accounts. They need to be maintained, nurtured, and managed with care.

We're also an AI-forward team. We actively build AI into our workflows across client ops, reporting, and internal automation. We expect everyone here to think that way and contribute to how we work, not just execute within existing systems.

This is a slightly messy, high-energy environment. We're building the plane while flying it. If that excites you more than it scares you, keep reading.

If you want to get a feel for how we think and work, I’ve recorded a short Loom video here

This is not a project coordinator position. We need a senior operator who can own client delivery and communication across a growing portfolio of accounts, while simultaneously building the systems and processes that allow a small team to scale without things falling apart.

You'll start by managing our current book of clients, becoming the person they trust day-to-day. Over time, as the company grows, this role has a clear path into managing multiple client pods and leading the operations function.

You'll work directly with me and alongside our marketing manager, who handles ads implementation. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, clients feel supported, and the execution team can stay focused on the actual work instead of getting pulled into constant back-and-forth.

What you'll own

  • Client communication and relationships across all active accounts. You become the primary point of contact, not me.
  • Delivery management: ensuring campaigns launch on time, deadlines are hit, and nothing slips quietly.
  • Building and owning the operational infrastructure (SOPs, workflows, reporting cadences, escalation protocols) that lets a small team manage a growing client base.
  • Proactive risk identification. You see problems forming before they become client-facing issues, and you either solve them or escalate early with a recommendation.
  • Shielding the execution team from unnecessary interruptions and client back-and-forth so they can focus on high-value work.
  • Running client calls, providing structured updates, and maintaining the kind of communication quality that keeps clients retained long-term.
  • Working with the team to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them as we grow.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Highly organized with a systems mindset - you spot gaps before they become problems
✅ Exceptional communication skills (written + verbal) - calm, clear, confident under pressure
✅ Deeply proactive - you don’t wait, you anticipate, flag, and act
✅ Strong emotional intelligence - you understand what clients/teammates need beyond what they say
✅ Deadline-obsessed - you track, follow up, and close loops without reminders
✅ Comfortable in ambiguity - you build structure where none exists
✅ 3+ years in client-facing ops or account management at a fast-moving agency or services business
✅ AI fluent - actively uses AI tools and helps build AI-augmented workflows
✅ Availability aligned with U.S. business hours (minimum overlap until ~3 PM EST)

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience in B2B SaaS, paid media, or performance marketing
⭐ Experience coordinating remote, distributed teams across time zones
⭐ Conversational familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Capterra, G2) - not execution, but client-level understanding

You've worked in a fast-growing environment before, probably one that didn't have everything figured out yet. You don't need to be managed. You take ownership naturally, hold yourself and others accountable, and care equally about the client experience and the team's ability to do their best work.

When you see something manual, inefficient, or fragile, your instinct is to fix it and build the process around it so it doesn't break again.

You bring energy. You're curious. You want to grow alongside a company, not just fill a seat.

About JobRack

JobRack's story began in 2015, born from a vision to connect businesses with the exceptional remote talent nestled in Eastern Europe. Initially founded by two enthusiasts of Eastern European developers, the platform aimed to bridge the gap between business owners seeking skilled professionals and the rich talent pool in the region. The early years focused on establishing JobRack as a go-to resource for companies looking to hire great people from this specific geographical area, emphasizing the strong educational background and technical skills prevalent there.

A significant turning point arrived in 2018 when Noel Andrews acquired JobRack. With a background in leading large teams in the corporate world and a burgeoning entrepreneurial spirit, Noel saw the immense potential to expand JobRack's mission. He refocused the company on bringing the power of Eastern European team members to an even broader range of businesses. This new chapter was marked by a commitment to a 'helpful and friendly hiring' philosophy, aiming to build lasting relationships and provide robust support throughout the often-complex remote hiring process. Recognizing the evolving landscape of remote work, JobRack further expanded its talent sourcing to include South Africa in 2023, identifying the incredible talent and similar value propositions this region offered. Today, JobRack prides itself on being more than just a job board; it offers 'Done With You' hiring services, actively sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to ensure businesses find not just employees, but dedicated team members committed to their long-term growth. This hands-on approach, coupled with a deep understanding of the remote work ecosystem, has enabled JobRack to facilitate thousands of successful hires, helping businesses worldwide build high-performing remote teams.
