As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of financial software products used by businesses worldwide. You will lead testing efforts across multiple projects, implement industry best practices, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence QA strategy, drive automation initiatives, and enhance overall product performance. Accountabilities:
- Lead the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of all products.
- Implement and maintain best practices for manual and automated testing, test execution, and test management.
- Identify opportunities to improve product quality through tools, processes, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Define and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) for the QA team in collaboration with leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Experience in test automation with frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Proven experience testing SaaS applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
