Jobber is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement & QA Manager to join their Sales Enablement team. The successful candidate will design and implement quality assurance systems, drive measurement programs, and lead retrospective and forecasting cycles to inform quarterly investment priorities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated years of experience in enablement, strategy, business operations, or analytics
- Experience building measurement frameworks or QA systems for commercial teams
- Strong fluency with sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting best practices
- Passion for identifying performance gaps and enabling people with insight
