The Sales Enablement Manager will build knowledge and competencies in Titans to deliver value in every interaction with Prospects and Customers. They will create and execute new hire onboarding programs, lead teams, and improve performance against scorecards.
Requirements
- Proven enablement and training success
- Strong organizational skills
- BA/BS degree and at least 3-5 years of related experience in training and enablement
- B2B SaaS experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- 2+ years proficiency with the ServiceTitan platform
- Experience in people management
